Important Notice To All Patrons

The Track has been homologated for Speedway racing and is licensed by the Speedway Control Bureau.

Meetings are Held under the Regulations of The Speedway Control Bureau (SCB).

No video, zoom or close range photography is permitted, except by those with prior accreditation from the BSPA or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude anyone not complying with this Policy.

The management reserve the right to make alterations or additions to the meeting programme. Should it be necessary through any cause to abandon the meeting in the event of a rain off your Adult Admission ticket will be valid for reduced admission at the ticket price minus £1 per heat completed up to heat 12 where a result will be called. Example: If a Meeting is rained off after Heat 4 your admission ticket will allow admittance at a price of £4 on presentation of the original match  ticket. Concession and child refund less £1 per heat. Refunds are available on any of the next 3 meetings, not including BSPA Shared Events.

Those unable to to attend within the timescale can apply by post to the Speedway Office for a refund of the same value. Re-admission tickets issued at the turnstiles will become valid for any one meeting within a month of the date of issue or the re-staging of the abandoned fixture (does not apply to testimonials, international events, test matches, cup finals or other special meetings). No money will be refunded. Rights of admission are reserved. Betting strictly prohibited.

The unauthorised use of video cameras at speedway meetings in this stadium is strictly forbidden and will patrons please note that only those with prior accreditation may engage in any video, zoom or close range photograpy. Flash photography is not permitted in any stand or terrace during racing. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude anyone not complying with this policy.

Motor Sports Are Dangerous and all persons attending attending any meeting do so entirely at their own risk. It is a condition of admission that all persons having connection with the promotion and/or conduct of the meeting, including the owners and lesses of the stadium and the owners and riders/drivers of the machines/vehicles are absolved from all liability arising out of any accident causing damage to property or personal injury to spectators.

Smoking Policy - Derwent Park Stadium Please note that the government has introduce a complete ban on smoking in all enclosed public places. The Club has no option other than to enforce a NO SMOKING POLICY within the stadium and bars. There is a designated outside smoking area within the stadium which is on the Town End Teracing and has signs informing spectators. We look forward to the co-operation from all fans in this matter. However any offenders are likely to be removed from the stadium by the Safety Stewards if caught smoing outside the designated area. Signed - The Board of Directors WTRLFC
